Record meetings and transcripts

Start recording

Click Record in the toolbar. Cloud recordings save to Meetings → Recordings and optionally to magDocs.

Live captions

Enable captions for accessibility. Transcripts generate after the meeting ends.

Export to MagDocs

Open a recording → Export transcript to create an editable document for sharing.

Storage limits

Recordings count toward org storage. Delete old files from the recordings library.
