Schedule a magMeet session

Calendar invites, waiting room, and dial-in options.

Create a meeting

Sign in at meet.magoven.io/app → Meetings → Schedule. Set title, date, time, and timezone (Africa/Johannesburg recommended).

Copy the join link or send calendar invites (.ics). Guests join from browser without an account when guest access is allowed.

Enable recurrence for stand-ups. Edit series or single occurrences from the meeting list.

Enable waiting room in security settings. Admit attendees individually or all at once.
